Innovation

BP&R's innovative employees frequently provide engineering solutions that save customers money.  At the Johnson Controls facility in Holland, Michigan, engineers designed and built a fast-track retrofit of a slush molding hot oil system, increasing production capacity by 80% while dramatically reducing maintenance costs.  The approximate yearly cost savings was more that a million dollars.
